If you want to stay fit, get a dog and take it for a walk every day. Dog walkers are some of the fittest people around, a new study has discovered.
Health regulators reckon that we need to do around 150 minutes of active exercise every week, whether it’s walking, dancing or gardening. And a new research study has discovered that dog walkers are a third more likely to achieve that benchmark than non-dog walkers.
