Magazine Subscriptions

Ordered by direct debit?

Orders made by direct debit either online or over the phone take 28 days to process. The date payment is received and processed then determines which month’s issue you first receive.

All new subscription orders will start with the next available issue. Please note that the subscriber data is sent to the printers between 2 to 3 weeks in advance of the publication date, meaning any order placed after the print run date would begin with the next issue. If you are an existing subscriber, your renewal order will start at the end of your current subscription.

Ordered by credit card?

Orders made by credit card require 7 days to process. The date payment is received and processed then determines which month’s issue you first receive.

All new subscription orders will start with the next available issue. Please note that the subscriber data is sent to the printers between 2 to 3 weeks in advance of the publication date, meaning any order placed after the print run date would begin with the next issue. If you are an existing subscriber, your renewal order will start at the end of your current subscription

Your subscription will start from the date of first magazine you receive and you will receive a further 9 copies thereafter.

Please contact our subscriptions bureau at wddty@escosubs.co.uk stating the issues that you are missing and your full address details.

Go onto your account page, go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then VIEW then scroll down to your subscription and hit CANCEL
Log on to your account page, go to BILLING ADDRESS and update your address, scroll down and hit SAVE ADDRESS

Online Memberships

To read any article on the WDDTY website you must be a digital or digital and print subscriber. If you’re not already then please visit our subscribe page at: www.wddty.com/product/subscription/

Already registered and can’t view certain articles?

Ensure you’ve got either a digital or digital and print membership. If you do, then ensure you’re logged in.

There is a Free membership option, which allows you to see 4 episodes of Health Uncovered videos and see unlimited blogs plus the ‘Features’ from the current issue of the magazine.

You’ll still need to give your email address to sign-in to this option.

There are two online memberships:

Digital: This gives you access to the Vault, where you can find all of our articles since 2016, along with all episodes of Health Uncovered, our new webcasts where our editors interview leading scientists in the alternative health field. And finally, you can view all back issues since 2016 along with getting access to the latest magazine.

Digital and Print: This includes all the benefits of a Digital membership plus a subscription to the actual magazine, which is posted to your home 10 times during the year.

You can also just subscribe to the magazine, which will be mailed to your home each month.

You can cancel your online membership from your page within your Account area

Once you’ve hit SIGN IN, there is a ‘forgotten password‘ button under where you need to put your email address and password. As long as your email is the same, we will send you a link to reset your password.

First log in. Then click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner of the page, then go to ACCOUNT scroll down to the Password field, enter your new password and hit: UPDATE ACCOUNT

General

We are a health information resource and publishing company. We may well have general information about your condition that may also help you see the many therapy choices you may have. We do not have any qualified people available to deal with any query of such a specific nature, either via telephone or email. We are no longer able to set up new standing orders. However, if you currently pay by standing order then we will continue to accept your payments.
If you wish to cancel your standing order, please inform us in writing at wddty@escosubs.co.uk, including your full name and address. Alternatively, write to us at: WDDTY, Esco Business Services, Trinity House, Sculpins Lane, Wethersfield, Braintree, Essex CM7 4AY. Please ensure that you also cancel your standing order with the bank as we are unable to do this for you.

If you cancelled your standing order at the bank but they did not act on your instructions then you must claim a refund through your bank. If you omitted to cancel your standing order at the bank then we require a letter from your bank stating that the standing order has been cancelled before we can authorise a refund.

Every e-newsletter we send comes with an ‘Unsubscribe’ button – you can usually find this at the top of the email. Click on this and you will be automatically unsubscribed.
