The popular Ayurvedic herb Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) has been found to reduce hay fever symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion.1 Fushi’s formula is freshly ground from organic dried herb and encapsulated within three days to ensure freshness and efficacy. Each capsule supplies 300 mg of Guduchi and is free of fillers, binders, gluten, preservatives and artificial colors and flavorings.  



Quercetin Nettle Complex, £18.40 (about $25.65, 50 caps) 

Containing no fillers, binders or other additives, this vegetarian complex is a synergistic combination of natural antihistamines and anti-inflammatories to help combat hay fever, including nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) and turmeric root (Curcuma longa) plus the nutrients quercetin, vitamin C and bromelain. There’s also the herb elderflower (Sambucus cerulea), said to reduce the buildup of mucus.

If you can’t tolerate lactose, try the A.Vogel Luffa Complex Tincture instead.
