Take this supplement if you’ve been given the mRNA jab

Reading time: 1 minute

If you’ve been given the mRNA Covid jab, start taking genistein supplements—they could protect your heart.

The vaccine can cause myocarditis, or heart inflammation, and it’s a reaction more commonly seen in young men.  In some cases, the myocarditis is so severe that it needs hospital treatment, and it can be fatal.

But researchers from Stanford University have discovered that genistein—an isoflavone found in soy, such as tofu—can reverse the inflammatory processes that are started by the vaccine. Genistein has anti-inflammatory properties, and earlier studies had shown it counters marijuana-related damage to blood vessels and heart tissue.

The researchers suspect that the inflammatory response triggered by the vaccine could also be affecting other organs, including the lungs liver and kidneys.  Although the reaction has been associated with the mRNA vaccination, the researchers say that any vaccine can kickstart the response.
