Baking or boiling fish is the better cooking method for releasing the omega-3 fatty acids, researchers have discovered. And adding soy sauce or tofu makes the dish even healthier.

Eating fried, salted or dried fish are not only the least healthy cooking and serving options, they could also be harmful to your health, say researchers from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
