A reader's friend is suffering from polycystic kidney disease and has been told that if things continue to deteriorate she will need dialysis and maybe a transplant in a couple of years. Charlotte reckons that a qualified nutritional therapist may well be able to help your friend, while John recommends a product called Kidney Pure (see http://www.matdom.com/temp/newWin/kidney/).
