I also agree with the link between vaccinations. My daughter started having epileptic fits a fortnight after having her MMR!

As a complementary therapist, I treat people with extreme fatigue, mood swings, depression, aches and pain. Recently, I have found that a number of people find an improvement of their symptoms when they remove wheat from their diet. (I usually suggest a fortnight for a measurable result). In almost all cases, there is a reduction in bloating, wind, depression and fatigue, and an improvement in their energy levels, stamina and alertness.

I often describe the effect of wheat on their systems as the 'papier mach effect' it sticks up their digestive systems, which can harm the body by the release of toxins throughout the circulatory system and brain. This toxic effect is bound to have an effect on mood and temperament in anyone!

A mixture of digestive enzymes and antioxidants along with a liquid multivitamin and mineral preparation works wonders on these people. Marie Breward via e-mail.....
