The article about sanitary products (WDDTY vol 6 no 7) gave me great satisfaction as I have found myself increasingly annoyed about the quality levels of sanitary towels and I thought myself utterly alone with my rage.
I found it hard to understand that women would blindly accept this new style super-thin towel that in my case resulted in a terrible skin rash every time I use them. I was forced to search the market scene for an environmental and "woman" friendly sanitary towel.
Not surprisingly, I did not find anything in the big supermarkets. Happily I succeeded and I found a good brand in the health shops.
You mention in your article to better stick with the older style cotton towels. I wonder where you can find those. They are nowhere to be seen anymore! "Improvement" has completely taken over!
You mention in your magazine that you have so much mail you cannot answer queries personally. Have you ever thought of uniting your readers, creating, for instance, "a friends of What Doctors Don't Tell You"? We might all together be some sort of pressure group. N M, Devon.
