Drug manufacturer Roche says its drug moclobemide may not have caused the death of a patient but instead blames Prozac (fluoxetine). The patient, who died from liver damage, was on a cocktail of drugs, but doctors believed his death was caused by moclobemide. In a letter to The Lancet, a Roche spokesman said the data points more at Prozac.
