Dear WDDTY

It may be of interest to your readers to know how I ended my migraines that have plagued my life for over six years. It started after the arrival of my youngest child and came on every four weeks.

During that time I had every anti migraine medication that my GP could think of. Nothing worked. Acupuncture reduced the pain, but didn't eradicate it.

A few months ago I decided to introduce my children to a daily spoonful of cod liver oil. I had to set an example and take it myself first, which I've done since.

Within a few weeks I started to feel more energetic and my regular migraines gradually disappeared. Could it be that the cause of my migraine was a dietary deficiency? Mrs D Loveday, Pinner.....
