We all seem to suffer from dry lips, especially during the cold days of winter. What can help aside from the usual salves and balms that only seem to make it worse? Forever Living's Aloe Lips is the answer, says one reader. It's even used by sailors! Then there's Burt's Beeswax Lip Balm, which certainly does the trick for your editor (and he's never sailed a ship). Increase your intake of vitamin B2 (riboflavin), while eat more dairy, eggs and dark leafy vegetables. Essential fatty acids can also help, so eat tuna, sardines, mackerel and other oily fish. Drink plenty of water as well. We also wondered where our dry-lipped reader lived as she said it was always warm. Well, it turns out it was Hong Kong.
