Another success story on combating blepharitis. One reader whose father, husband as well as herself use rose hydrosol to help with their dry eye problems. The product has helped to keep her husband's blepharitis at bay for four years and her father's for a year. The hydrosol (or flower water) works by keeping the meibomian and sebaceous glands clean and clear from any excessive oil secretion. In addition, rose hydrosol is antibacterial, very soothing and refreshing. She cautions though against buying just any commercial rose water (not the same as rose hydrosol) and to choose one that comes from a reputable essential oil supplier.
