Fat fighting banana, date and walnut smoothie image

Try our delicious fat fighting banana, date and walnut smoothie. Packed full of fibre and rich in protein, which all helps to keep you fuller for longer.

Serves 2

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 4 medjool dates
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass of your choice, and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and whole walnut.
