Holistic Doctor

(Sigh). Tell me what area you live in and I'll look for one for you.. Why do you need him/her to be a medical doctor anyway? That's like hedging your bets. I only went to a doctor to get blood tests .. until I discovered Hemaview testing and realised that your blood results were only reliable for a short time - and were geared to medical standards where the idea is to get you onto medication at any pretext.

Just find a naturopath, or a Chinese traditional medicine doctor, or a homeopath (but that's often hit and miss until they find the right remedy .. oh, right, sounds just like a medical doctor...except they won't harm you!). Or state your problem here - you've probably got the wisest heads in the world on this site, and all for your well-being, not to block symptoms. Hope these ideas help.

No game intended. Just a request for some ideas. Tried all your suggestions already. Thanks anyway!

OK, Wiz, I'll play your silly game. And what doctorate are you a 'wiz' in - it obviously isn't common sense!

How on earth can we answer such a broad question... ever heard of Google? Do you know where you live? Got your Yellow Pages out? Got a health shop near you? Know a naturopath (or of one) you can ask? Sometimes they were medical practitioners as well. Unless we live near you, there is no-one who could help you without doing what you can do for yourself... search for one.

Your question is as useful as 'how long is a piece of string'. There is no excuse for not finding this out if you've got a computer .. or a mouth.

I would like to change to a G.P. who is in tune holistic medicine/complementary medicine. How would I go about doing this?
