drop form is better as it acts faster, however, it is harder to come by. I have been using capsules for the past few months and have been working well with some of the symptoms such as acne. it does take a few weeks to starting so be patient.

I have polycystic ovary syndrom and see on the website that EAC drops, and extract of agnus castus, is meant to be useful. However, I am unable to source EAC drops and wonder if agnus castus extract itself will do the same job. I also wonder if anyone knows whether it has to be in drop form as agnus castus also comes in capsule form.

Thank you
