I find the most effective program, for weight loss,is the practice of The Five Tibetan Rites.

and also you can view video's on the internet. My only suggestion is, when you are doing the 3rd position, place your hands under your bottom, (the exercise which involves leg raises), as this will put less stress on your lumber spine, as this part of the exercise is the one that is most troublesome to people. In that particular exercise it is not important that your feet touch the floor, the whole point is too increase the blood flow, to the neck, which contains your thyroid, and parathyroid glands. In fact the whole point of these exercises, is too increase the blood flow to all the glandular, areas of the body.That is why it it such an effective, program, for your health and longevity. Next to yoga, it the best from of exercise I know, and for only 10-15 minutes a day, the most time=effort=excellent return system I know.

Im a personal trainer and have been in the weight loss industry a long time now , its what I specialise in,. Although there was some good advice there there was als o a lot of wrong advice ! eg that low intensity training burns mre fat than high intensity! you do burn a lower percentage of fat on low intensity but also half the calories! Although you burn a lower pecentge of fat on high intensity, because of the much higher calorie burn the overall fat loss is actually more! Also steady aorobic exercise only boosts metabolism for 10 hrs compared to up to 39 hrs at high inensity training such as intervals! One of the biggest stores of glucose is in your fast twitch muscles and the only way to ge to them is high intensity afterwards leaving them empty and ready to take up calories from the blood! this also leaves them a lot more insulin sensitive! the actual dietry advice is quite good but still a lot of pitfalls in it! Will go into those later but no must go kind reagards anthony sircar
