Varicose and spider veins:

Aside from being unsightly, varicose and spider veins can cause medical problems if left untreated. The best way to tackle this problem is through prevention, rather than cure. Improving one's circulation could help prevent these veins from developing in the first place. Butcher's broom, gingko biloba, ginger are known to increase blood circulation, as does plenty of vigorous, cardiovascular exercise. Vitamin E and grape seed extract can also help strengthen blood vessels.
