Training works better for tennis elbow than drugs

If you are suffering from tennis elbow, don’t take anti-inflammatory drugs or cortisone injections.  Training and some advice in muscle use work far better, and without nasty side effects.
Researchers from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden made the discovery when they tried various treatments on groups of 78 and 297 patients with tennis elbow.  Those who used a home-training programme, which helped them build strength in the elbow muscles, reported a reduction in pain and improved movement of their hand and elbow.
