Tai Chi the best exercise for arthritis

Tai Chi, the slow movement exercise from the Far East, can help ease the pain of arthritis, and improve your overall health.

It’s the best exercise choice for people with arthritis and musculoskeletal pain, and is a better option than strengthening, stretching and aerobic exercise plans.

In a meta-analysis of seven studies, researchers from the George Institute in Sydney, Australia discovered that Tai Chi improves pain and disability better than other exercises and health plans among arthritis sufferers.
