Polymyalgia rheumatica (pr):

Next is the reader asking if chamomile tea would help her PR, a type of arthritis that affects the muscle. While there hasn't been any confirmation from other readers as to whether chamomile can offer relief or not, reflexology seems to have helped some sufferers. One reflexogist postulates that the condition could be caused by a build-up of toxins in the system. A lady she was treating for PR started increasing her intake of water together alongside the reflexology treatments. After her third treatment, her bowels went into overdrive and the pain was subsequently alleviated. Another says her PR patient added acupuncture to the reflexology as well as introduced a change in her diet.
