New enzymes for ms

A doctor in Salzburg, Austria has been treating multiple sclerosis patients including herself for more than 20 years with enzyme injections.

In one study, 35 out of 43 of her patients monitored improved dramatically, and paralysis disappeared completely in several of them.

Dr Christa Neuhofer began treating her own MS with enzymes, and she reported an immediate improvement. At about the same time, Prof Max Wolf was reporting similar findings, as was Prof Tsiminakis from the University of Athens. Meanwhile, Dr Sedivi from the USSR found that enzyme mixtures, which included pancreatin, trypsin, chymotrypsin, bromelain, papain, amylase, lipase and the bioflavonoid rutin, could put MS symptoms into remission.

But, reporting on these discoveries, Dr Anthony Cichoke warns of the importance of timing. Enzyme treatment can be ineffective if the MS progresses and injections are not administered for even just a couple of days later.

Dr Cichoke, the author of Enzymes and Enzyme Therapy (Keats Publishing), has a five step programme for MS sufferers to "jump start" their health. He recommends: 1. detoxification; 2. eating a well balanced diet; 3. use of enzyme, vitamin and mineral supplements; 4, daily exercise; 5. a positive mental attitude and stress reduction.
