Nutritional therapy can help a wide range of health problems including fatigue, digestive difficulties, allergies, arthritis, PMS and hormone imbalances, skin problems and difficulty conceiving to name but a few. Paula Werrett is a qualified Nutritional Therapist trained at the acclaimed Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She is also a Foresight practitioner specialising in pre conception care. Paula works using a detailed questionnaire to determine health issues, nutritional deficiencies and other factors which may be influencing current health status. A tailored nutritional programme is then developed to address nutritional deficiencies and imbalances. A range of tests can be aranged for clients to detect food allergies, hormone status, and nutrient levels. We do home visits. We have liability insurance. We treat children. Our opening hours are Flexible - by appointment.
