I replaced beta-blockers with a healthy diet

Six months ago, I was anaemic and diagnosed with angina. Although not very severe, I was told I would have to stay on beta-blockers for life!

According to your article on diabetes (WDDTY vol 13 no 12), beta-blockers increase the risk of diabetes, so I thought, as a preventative, it would be good to follow a proper diet.

Now, after a lot of tests, I am ‘sorted out’. - H.J.F. Walker, Cheltenham
