In our previous Readers' Corner, we observed that the two therapies, EFT and TFT, sounded remarkably similar. One reader tells us that they are virtually the same therapy, although EFT is a simplified version. TFT (Thought Field Therapy) was the original, started by Gary Craig, an engineer, we're told.
