Drinks and sudden death:

Our recent story about excessive drinking following exercise has prompted a worrying e-mail from one reader, a homoeopath. He says that around 10 people are dying each week in the UK from sudden death syndrome. Often the person was young and fit. Were they drinking diet drinks that are known to cause arrhythmia, he wonders. More evidence would be gratefully received.
