Chronic fatigue syndrome (cfs):

One reader swears by the effectiveness of LDM-100 (a liquid tincture of the herb Lomatium Dissectum) for battling CFS while another believes that shifting the body's pH towards a more alkaline state is an answer to boosting energy levels (www.phmiracle.com ). And contrary to a previous suggestion that CFS sufferers should moderate their protein, a reader says that the ideal diet should in fact contain lots of protein as it releases energy slowly. Another reader also writes in saying he overcame his CFS by making sure he sleeps whenever his body temperature falls below 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, which is supposed to be your optimum sleep time (OST). Fortunately, his OST falls between 12pm and 8am but woebegone the less fortunate individual whose OST happens less amenable hours.
