Chronic back pain:

More comments on this widespread problem. One chiropractor writes in lambasting quick-fix, cheap answers to fixing back pain, such as the exercises that were suggested by readers in last week's e-news. He warns that these exercises are not only likely to case more harm but have no valid legitimacy in the relief or care of back pain. He advocates a structural approach to treating this problem, which tackles the minor or repetitive micro-trauma as well as chronic postural changes that could be the underlying cause of the pain (see www.idealspine.com).
