Causal link between left handedness and brain damage offensive

Dear WDDTY

In an article on ultrasound (vol 4 no 5), you state that left handedness may indicate "brain damage". The way that you have casually linked left handedness and "brain damage" is offensive, implying that left handers are defective. Alastair Milne, Aberdeen.....
