Bone density improved by following your advice bone density improved

Two years ago, I had a bone densitometry test, which showed osteoporosis in the left hip. My doctor prescribed Fosamax and a calcium supplement.

Thanks to your newsletter, I didn’t take the Fosamax. Instead, I took calcium, magnesium and boron together with a high-vitamin D multivitamin. Also thanks to WDDTY, I took ipriflavone, and started skipping as exercise; I also made more of an effort to avoid sugar.

I’ve just been for a retest and the bone in question has improved in density. - Monica Sachs, Ireland
