Helen Jarvis qualified from the Raworth College of Sports and Natural Medicine in 1994. Since then Helen has worked in a number of Complementary Health Clinics and The Sanctuary Health Spa, in Covent Garden, London.

Helen also has a long established and very successful private practice at her home in Thames Ditton.

Helen has a unique and personal approach to all her treatments,
each session is a private space for you and your individual needs. Your treatment will be preceded by a thorough and confidential consultation, you can then unwind and feel any stress, aches and pains slip away as you relax in a calming and healing environment.
