Remove palm and coconut oils from our food and our faces

Could you confirm if your comments, made in various editions of WDDTY, on sodium lauryl sulphate applies to all types of SLS? I understand there is not only an industrial, but a cosmetic, grade and that it can be made from either synthetic, animal or plant materials.

But if what you say in your newsletter is correct, then surely palm oil and coconut oil should not only be removed from all cosmetics, but also from food shelves.- Elizabeth Buckingham, Taunton, Somerset
