Natural ways to fight the superbugs

Newspapers have recently been full of reports about MRSA [methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus], the so-called ‘superbug’, which is affecting more and more people in our hospitals. Standard antibiotics have been so overprescribed that they are ineffective against these bugs.

There are, however, many antidotes in alternative medicine that can effectively combat these superbugs, but it has been almost impossible for me to get this information published by our national media.

The use of homoeopathic remedies is, of course, well established, but it doesn’t have to be that complicated. Calendula tincture used as a handwash for wound cleaning and the like would work wonders, as would tea tree essential oil, used diluted and applied in the same way. (It is antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial.) The most wonderful of all is colloidal silver - already known and researched, and costing next to nothing. This will kill any microorganism within minutes and yet is totally ignored by conventional medicine.

An article in WDDTY would reach thousands of people and might at least help some of those who are about to go into hospital to at least prepare themselves, even if the authorities continue to ignore the information. - Karen Gwynn, Bromsgrove, Worcs
