I was disappointed with your lead article on blood type and diet (WDDTY, vol 9 no 2). I am a qualified practitioner (registered nurse, acupuncturist, Reiki master) and bought Peter D'Adamo's book when it was first published, but found it had no resonance with my friends and family.
For example, I am blood type O. My health has only be good since I stopped eating meat. Our younger daughter, also blood type O, is a natural vegetarian with a strong immune system. My husband's blood group is B. He suffers from allergies exacerbated by dairy products and has a weak digestive system.
Our eldest daughter, also a B blood type, has a weak digestive system, an auto immune disease and finds meat makes her nauseous. These are only four examples, but it is significant that all of my immediate family contradicts the findings of his book. Valerie Cochrane, Hong Kong.........
