Aspirin takers take note: aspirin can increase your concentrations of blood alcohol after drinking liquor.

This was the conclusion of a New York study, which examined the blood alcohol levels of five healthy volunteers after taking a gram of aspirin and then ethanol, an accepted determinant of blood alcohol concentrations.This may mean that people on large doses of aspirin may be more vulnerable to the effects of booze than normally.
